Customer Service Administrator (Hybrid – Amsterdam)

Balens B.V. part of PIB Group is a specialist insurance intermediary, part of a long-established family business, supporting health and wellbeing professionals across the UK, Netherlands and Ireland.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Amsterdam-based team and support our client portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling emails and calls, resolving queries where possible and working closely with senior account handlers on more complex matters.
