Job Description
As a Customer Service Account Handler, you'll be the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all planned maintenance and remedial works are coordinated effectively. From scheduling visits to providing essential documentation, you'll play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships and upholding service excellence.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate planned maintenance and remedial works with engineers and clients.
- Ensure follow-up tasks (emails, purchase orders, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver services within agreed KPI deadlines, ensuring commercial viability of all jobs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including occasional site visits.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries, escalating where necessary.
