Customer Risk Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Analyze global political and economic news to assess impact on currency rates and business performance.
• Track and report profit and payment data, identifying anomalies and proposing improvements.
• Monitor sales, usage, and payment trends to detect risks or unusual patterns.
• Analyze content performance (CTR, engagement) to strengthen brand reputation.
• Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh grads are welcome
• Fluent in BM, English, and Mandarin.
• Degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Proficient in Excel / Google tools; big data experience is a plus.
