Customer Retention Manager- D2C

We’re looking for a Retention Manager who understands that in a category like luggage, backpacks and travel accessories, repeat purchase doesn’t happen automatically- it has to be strategically built.

Role Overview

You will own the entire customer lifecycle from first purchase to month 12 and beyond. Your job is to increase LTV, improve repeat behavior, and build strong automated revenue systems through intelligent cohorting and funnel building.

• Build and execute end-to-end pre-purchase and post-purchase flows
• Create a structured M0 to M12 cohorting plan
