In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from existing customers, as well as chat solutions. You will assist customers with questions about orders and products in a way that helps us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries using chat solutions.
• Answer questions and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
• Maintain a continuous focus on providing an exceptional customer service experience for each customer.
