About the Team


The Key Account Management (KAM) department in OE Sales serves as the representative contact window for driveline and chassis components for Japanese OEMs (JOEMs). The team is responsible for pioneering sales growth as well as maintaining existing business. In addition, it manages series business in close cooperation with the aftermarket team.

  • Seek opportunities for further business growth leading of Promotion for new Opportunity and Business

  • Supporting smoothly running series production and project launch by coordinating our customers and ZF side

  • Build Strategic Plan (long term growth planning) and Operating Plan (short/mid term sales planning) and pursue achievment.
