Job Description
- A minimum 6 years of experience in CRM management and conversant with CRM and Sales application
- First Division in Graduation ( exceptions can be made if other criteria is met )
- Conversant in Marathi, English, Hindi able to UNDERSTAND AND HILIGHT customer expectation and SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY if not able to deal at CRM level
- Understand RERA rules on under construction projects
- Is disciplined and systematically Initiates demand raising with the AR Support team upon completion of registration or defined milestones.
- Has 5-6 year experience in dealing directly with banks and NBFCs on retail customer loans
- Send periodic reminder emails to customers for outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for Agreement Sale (AS) amounts and ensure completion of registration within one month.
- Share required details and documents with the advocate for preparation of registration documents.
