CRM Developer - HubSpot

Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday to Thursday - WFH || Friday - WFO)

• Serve as primary go-to resource to other CJK divisions and departments for all matters related to CRM platform
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and address customer support problems and opportunities
• Work with Sales and Marketing to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing campaigns based on CRM platform
• Define and implement enterprise CRM standards, policies, and procedures
• Design, build and refine workflows within CRM platform
• Collaborate with key stakeholders for migrating new acquisitions into enterprise CRM to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure data cleanliness by overseeing data imports, exports, deduplication, active and static list management, and regular database health checks.
