JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to solve problems, and win back and retain the most demanding customers in our global network (Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific). You'll be working closely with the dealer network, customers and your customer service colleagues.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Find, negotiate and propose creative solutions to complex customer problems through discussions and written communications.
  • Identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction to improve operational processes.
  • Find the right balance between the needs of the company and those of its customers, using best practices in customer experience.
  • Establish relationships with other company functions and departments to mobilize the right resources at the right time to optimize problem resolution.
