Our Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for controlling and ensuring the integrity of fixed assets from physical, accounting, and tax standpoints.
Maintain control of communication with the client by channeling information provided by internal departments according to their requirements.
Analysis of the company's sales budget (in coordination with internal departments and KAMs) to ensure compliance.
Channel product quality complaints and follow up to ensure they are addressed in a timely and proper manner by the parties involved.
Control and management of the KPIs established for the department.
Quotation of special requirements (samples, TSPR, etc.).
Creation of packing lists when required by the client and/or sales and provide shipment status upd...
