Customer Relations Officer

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for sales and business development by generating leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, and achieving revenue targets. They manage student fee collections, maintain sales records, and support marketing activities. Additionally, they collaborate with the team to meet collective goals and track competitor updates.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you are expected to fulfil the below responsibilities Sales and Business Development

• Achieving collection targets of assigned streams.

• Lead Generation through cold calls and activities.

• Attend to Walk-ins & counseling for various products.

• Converting Enquiries to Enrollment / Revenue proposition;

• Work on captive student's upgrades and reference.

• Maintaining Good conversions (average conversion across the state is 80%)
