The CRO serves as the dealerships goodwill ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction across sales and after-sales services. They act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, resolving concerns, promoting loyalty, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas with professionalism and warmth
- Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and empathetically
- Coordinate with sales, service, and administrative teams to resolve customer concerns
