Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across various channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.


- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.


- Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.


- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.


- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.


- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.


- Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
