Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

  • Provide detailed information about overseas education, immigration, work visas, travel, and job consultancy services.

  • Guide clients through documentation and application processes.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, visa processing, university partners, etc.).

  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM/system.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive client experience.

  • Achieve monthly targets for conversions and service quality.
