Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints related to aftersales services
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather customer satisfaction feedback
- Monitor, analyze, and improve CSI / customer survey results
- Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, Workshop, and Aftersales Management to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed in line with JAECOO brand standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaint cases
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction trends, complaints, and improvement actions
- Support customer retention, loyalty programs, and aftersales campaigns
- Handle difficult customer situations professionally and empathetically
