Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints related to aftersales services
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather customer satisfaction feedback
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve CSI / customer survey results
  • Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, Workshop, and Aftersales Management to resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed in line with JAECOO brand standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaint cases
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction trends, complaints, and improvement actions
  • Support customer retention, loyalty programs, and aftersales campaigns
  • Handle difficult customer situations professionally and empathetically
