Customer references Manager

Collects and maintains index of Google Cloud customer stories (e.g. case studies) and identifies key customer stories/ customer accounts to leverage for marketing activities and/or sales support. Responsibilities include:

• Development of written and video case studies (leveraging creative agencies as needed)
• End-to-end coordination (customer identification, review, confirmation) of customer stories referenced in any marketing materials (includes references of customers in Next keynotes)
• Planning and execution of activations at Next to collect customer stories
