Customer Redress Lead: We currently have a great secondment (6months) opportunity for a Customer Redress Lead. the purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer redress following incidents, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely outcomes. You will bring together teams across the business to assess impact, define solutions, and support customers effectively. The role also focuses on learning from incidents to improve processes, strengthen controls, and reduce future risk.
