Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Quality Leader located in Jiading Shanghai.

Reporting to the Customer Quality Manager, the Customer Quality Leader role aims to overall drive customer quality related activities to secure customer satisfaction.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Cooperate with Sales Team to handle quality complaint from customers, as well as closely cowork with R&D, Product Management Team, SQE, PQE, PE, Finance etc.
  • Update the RMA report (with 8D format) and send to sales team or customers
  • Create and follow up corrective actions
  • Create monthly RMA report
  • Act as a leader as serious customer claims happen
  • Update the RMA database
