MISSION


To ensure customer satisfaction by supervising the end product’s quality according to client quality standards, following the control guidelines defined by the Quality Department.


GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Communicate client claims at plant quality meetings.
  • Pay heed to customer-related needs with the rest of Quality Department functions, in order to work in a coordinated way.
  • Establish a periodical and effective communication channel with the customer, such that he/she feels comfortable and to facilitate the solution for any problem, as well as to understand his/her needs and communicate them to the plant.
  • Coordinate the solution of problems detected by the customer with team group problem-solving methodologies and its specific format, depending on the customer (8Ds, 5 Whys, NMCAR…).
