Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the key liaison between the customers and internal operations team

Job Overview:
This role is responsible for managing customer complaints and claims, driving root cause investigations, and implementing effective corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. This role will play a critical role in monitoring quality performance at customer sites, supporting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejects and field returns.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team player, quality-driven, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Willing to travel.
