A leading MNC manufacturer is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join the Quality Team.

Role Description
This role is responsible in managing customer quality issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields).
  • Basic knowledge of quality concepts (ISO, QC tools, problem-solving methods).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel on a short notice and regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
