Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between customers and internal quality teams on all quality-related matters.
Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5Why, etc.).
Review and manage customer quality requirements, specifications, and standards.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure compliance with customer expectations.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation (FAI, PPAP, control plan, etc.).
Monitor and report customer quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
