Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
Verify whether the processes and outputs throughout the entire project process meet the requirements. For example: product audits, process audits, etc.
Improve and optimize the system processes of each related aspect in project quality management.
Ensure that the R&D and production processes meet the system requirements, and that the output products comply with legal regulations and customer requirements.
Oversee the handling of customer issues throughout the entire project lifecycle, including root cause analysis and issue review, and improve the closed-loop improvement path for the problems.
Take the lead in providing customer service support, including filling out customer survey forms and handling customer inquiries and responses; Assist other departments in handling any defective materials or major process defects that arise during the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
