Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Verify whether the processes and outputs throughout the entire project process meet the requirements. For example: product audits, process audits, etc.
  • Improve and optimize the system processes of each related aspect in project quality management.
  • Ensure that the R&D and production processes meet the system requirements, and that the output products comply with legal regulations and customer requirements.
  • Oversee the handling of customer issues throughout the entire project lifecycle, including root cause analysis and issue review, and improve the closed-loop improvement path for the problems.
  • Take the lead in providing customer service support, including filling out customer survey forms and handling customer inquiries and responses;
    Assist other departments in handling any defective materials or major process defects that arise during the project.
