Job Description

Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Serve as the primary interface for customer information exchange, coordinating communication between internal and external resources.

2.Lead the handling of customer complaints and promptly develop and implement interim containment measures.

3.Organize cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and drive the development and implementation of long-term corrective and preventive actions.

4.Evaluate and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of improvement measures, and summarize lessons learned.

5.Compile and submit 8D reports, while collecting and analyzing customer complaint data.

6.Determine the root causes of each batch of customer returns and drive internal improvement initiatives.

7.Regularly consolidate quality data from customer feedback and effectively translate customer requirements into internal action plans.
