Detailed Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Communication
Act as the primary focal point of communication for all assigned projects.
Manage customer relationships through weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews to discuss deliveries, commitments, and account progress.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Present information effectively to both internal and external executive management.
Project & Operations Coordination
Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests.
Monitor all project phases via detailed reports and maintain transparent communication with the client.
Ensure all necessary documentation is received from customers for successful New Product Introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with agreed targets (Quality, Testing, Materials, and Processes).
