Customer Order Specialist
As a Customer Order Specialist, you'll be responsible to provide operational support by ensuring that all customer purchases from booking to Confirmed delivery date appropriately follow Order Intake policies.
Your role:
Verify order completeness and accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and pricing in line with Order Intake Policies.
Monitor and communicate the status of orders, from entry to confirmed delivery, to relevant stakeholders.
Input customer purchase orders accurately into the processing system for new bookings and change requests.
Serve as a liaison between functions throughout the order life cycle, resolving issues from intake to invoice creation.
