**Customer Order Specialist**

As a Customer Order Specialist, you'll be responsible to provide operational support by ensuring that all customer purchases from booking to Confirmed delivery date appropriately follow Order Intake policies.

**Your role:**

+ Verify order completeness and accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and pricing in line with Order Intake Policies.

+ Monitor and communicate the status of orders, from entry to confirmed delivery, to relevant stakeholders.

+ Input customer purchase orders accurately into the processing system for new bookings and change requests.

+ Serve as a liaison between functions throughout the order life cycle, resolving issues from intake to invoice creation.

+ Escalate issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements within Philips Lean culture.
