Job Description

Summary

Provide customer support for a furniture manufacturer with distribution. Manage orders, shipping coordination, and issue resolution while working closely with production, warehouse, and logistics. Manufacturing/distribution customer service experience and job stability are required. ERP and RMA experience are a major plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries (phone/email) and provide order/shipping updates


  • Enter and maintain orders accurately in an ERP system


  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics on lead times and deliveries


  • Resolve issues: shortages, mis-shipments, delays, damages, and claims


  • Process and track RMAs (returns/replacements/credits) and maintain documentation


  • Communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and escalate when needed
