Customer Contact works focuses on optimizing and monitoring processes related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns including: Processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues; tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments.
Your Role
Analyze and process customer demand with proper planning time fence
Experience with SAP
Experience with STLA, CHAMPS, Covisint, ****, IMS7, GSDB and others as plus
Responsible for contact for all requirements, deliveries, shipments and customer service attention
Handling product deliveries finishing and assignment, manage materials system to ensure that the customer's requirements are exact and communicate them to the assembly plants.
