Our client is a leading provider oflaboratory equipment and supplies, serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and environmental sciences. We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative and operational support in a warehouse/office environment. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday-Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm).

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to and process customer enquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Assist with supplier order receipting and allocation 
  • Maintain accurate records in customer relationship database (CRM)
