We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
