Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this person will be tasked with the accurate and timely handling of customer enquiries, order processing, and shipping of customer orders using approved carriers to meet customer delivery expectations and trade legislation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders to processing target times.
• Calculation of shipping charges using carrier price matrix.
• Advise internally on matters of delivery, costs and shipping related queries.
• Despatch and raise shipping documentation via ERP system and using carrier specific systems.
• Raise bespoke shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with customers and other departments during the booking process to ensure all shipments are handled correctly and in good time.
