Brief Role Description

The Customer Operations Admin Representative is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound documentation to the Pickering Office, ensuring scanning and archiving in our system of record. The role manages checks, daily deposits, and prepares and courier VCCI cheques to vendors and customers.

Reports to: Operations Support Supervisor

Location: On-site (Pickering Office)
