Your role
This is a sales role that requires dedication and focus. You’ll be making a variety of calls including some inbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels. This activity will deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that will drive high levels of open-ended commission earnings.

General Summary:
The Customer onboarding Specialist, will act as a bridge between the sales and commercial support teams. He/she will be responsible to provide essential support and guidance to new customers, helping them navigate through the early stages of product usage. This includes new customer onboarding, implementing upsell and cross sell activities that will increase him/her business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.
