Job Description
1. Monitor the work of data verification agents to reduce rejection rate
2. Ensure adherence to process service level agreement to meet TAT
3. Audit Customer acquisition forms verified by data verification agents
4. Extend support in regulatory audits
5. Train the stakeholders on submission of correct KYC documents
6. Circulate product and process updates to team and channel partners
7. Assist in activation, verification & feedback survey of COCP accounts
