Job Description

We are looking for full-time, remote, Customer Onboarding Coordinator with 3 to 5 years work experience to assist existing customers to achieve more orders and revenue using their existing solution.

Primary duties include learning the existing product capabilities, speaking with restaurants to help them optimize the use of the product to increase order volume and revenue. These individuals should be detail oriented and have experience working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
