As a Customer Onboarding Administrator in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our customers. As a Customer Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for streamlining the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation, and providing excellent administrative support to our team to support new customers. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining accurate records to guarantee a positive onboarding experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
TROUBLESHOOT. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any technical or operational issues they encounter during the onboarding process.
