Customer Master Data Analyst
Responsible for creating and maintaining customer master data, identifying process improvements, and supporting the sales team via CEMs and Contract Administrators. Analyzes information received to process or update correct customer information.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requests to confirm information is correct, process them, and deliver resolution within SLA.
- Manage customer master data process ensuring accuracy and SLA commitment.
- Maintain and update customer records in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes.
- Provide support to requestors by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with customer setup related tasks.
