Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a full-funnel CLM strategy that spans acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation
  • Work with the Lifecycle Marketing team to ensure customer-centric communication
  • Design and optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages
  • Lead the briefing of creative, manage timelines, and ensure flawless delivery
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel activation strategy
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, data and digital teams to ensure effective integration of CLM tools
  • Ensure alignment on messaging and timing across teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
