Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a full-funnel CLM strategy that spans acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Work with the Lifecycle Marketing team to ensure customer-centric communication
- Design and optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages
- Lead the briefing of creative, manage timelines, and ensure flawless delivery
- Develop and execute a multi-channel activation strategy
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, data and digital teams to ensure effective integration of CLM tools
- Ensure alignment on messaging and timing across teams
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years in CRM management or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving results
