Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a full-funnel CLM strategy that spans acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation Work with the Lifecycle Marketing team to ensure customer-centric communication Design and optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages Lead the briefing of creative, manage timelines, and ensure flawless delivery Develop and execute a multi-channel activation strategy Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, data and digital teams to ensure effective integration of CLM tools Ensure alignment on messaging and timing across teams Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5+ years in CRM management or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving results Proficient in CRM platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, or Braze), data visualization (Power BI), and audience segmentation tools ...
