Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is seeking a data-driven Senior Officer for Customer Lifecycle Management to design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.

You will lead segmentation, personalized campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to improve customer experiences and business growth, using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
