In this internship, you will be at the heart of our strategy to maximize Customer Lifetime Value. 

You'll dive deep into our data to uncover what keeps our customers loyal and identify the key levers to drive long-term retention. Your work will directly influence key business decisions and help shape the future of Flink's customer retention strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crack the Code on Retention: You will use causal inference to identify the root causes of churn and the true drivers of value. You will dig deep into the data to distinguish between correlation and causation, finding out exactly why customers stay or leave and what we can do to extend their lifecycle.
  • Bridge the Business Silos: You will work across different domains (Operations, Revenue, Pricing) to understand how different levers impact the customer experience. You will connect the dots between operational performance an...
