Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Customer Hub Officer for a local authority in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

In this role you will deliver customer-focused support across council services, resolving enquiries and updating records using NEC RBLive and Image systems.

Duties:

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries across multiple council service areas
  • Process changes, updates, and payments using NEC RBLive and Image systems
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records and case information
  • Signpost customers to appropriate services and support digital self-service channels
