Job Description
The Customer Monetization Manager is responsible for developing and executing programs that drive incremental revenue from the existing customer base through upsell, cross‑sell, usage stimulation, and other monetization levers. This role uses behavioral and value segmentation to craft offers and campaigns that increase ARPU, while ensuring alignment with overall lifecycle and commercial goals.
Focus Areas
- Monetization of the base through upsell, cross‑sell, and bundling strategies
- Drive product penetration and usage of value‑added services
- Segment customers by value, behavior, or product usage to tailor monetization efforts
- Work closely with pricing, product, and channel teams to bring offers to life
- Monitor program performance and recommend data‑driven adjustments
