Job Overview

As a Customer Growth Executive, you will own the growth, retention, and overall success of Tier1 customers. Your mission is to build trusted relationships, deeply understand customer business needs, and drive measurable growth through adoption, cross‑sell, upsell, and long‑term partnership. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer advocacy, and internal coordination.

Customer Orientation

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Tier1 clients to achieve customer health and growth (regular meetings, share Infobip strategy and roadmap, position Infobip against competitors).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicate customer feedback to Product teams).
