Our Technical Service Agents assist customers with service and repair needs while delivering training to ensure success. You will engage with customers at the service desk and help with the installation of tech products directly in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster an amazing customer experience at the service desk
• Handle delivery and installation services for customers
• Maintain vehicles and equipment effectively
• Promote a welcoming and learning-focused culture
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Successful criminal background check completion
