Take charge as an Account Associate with WM, managing essential relationships with Small/Medium business clients. This hybrid position requires you to drive retention and secure contract updates.
As an Account Associate I, you'll utilize your experience in customer service and sales to mitigate cancellations and enhance client satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and leverage negotiation skills will be key to your success in this 18-Month Maternity Leave Contract, which may convert to a permanent role.
