Customer-First Support Technician (Shift Rotations)

Arch Retail Solutions is looking for a Support Technician to join their team in Midrand, South Africa. You will ensure excellent customer relations and maintain high standards in service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be comfortable with hardware and software. A+ and N+ certifications are necessary, but relevant experience may also be considered. The role requires shift work, including nights and weekends.
