Our client is a well-established New Zealand manufacturing business operating across multiple product streams and service lines, supplying customers throughout NZ and Australia. It’s a complex, fast moving environment where quality, reliability and long-term relationships are at the heart of how they operate. As the business continues to grow, they have created a new Customer Experience Team Leader role. They’re looking for someone with solid team leadership experience who is ready to broaden their impact, a leader who brings care, energy and empathy, and who is keen to keep developing as the function evolves.
